We are looking to add a passionate full-time Human Resources Business Partner (BP) to our team. You will drive relationship building as well as enhancing our employee experience. As you will manage companywide programs, you will focus on the Design department and Marketing & Sales department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday


  • Understand business goals and work with business leaders as a strategic partner to achieve business goals
  • Recommend new policies and procedures to business leaders to improve productivity of the team
  • Provide the full range of HR generalist services to managers and employees with emphasis on employee relations, compliance, recruiting and implementation of HR programs
  • Monitor the “pulse” of the employees and ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Propose and implement projects to increase collaboration between teams
  • Demonstrate influence leadership and address work-related issues in an efficient way
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high volume workload
  • Be a hands-on leader and handle administrative work including hiring, on-boarding, benefits and more
  • Maintain current knowledge of all HR compliance related laws and regulations and implement in daily work
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Proficient in Mandarin & English is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or business related field
  • 5+ years HR experience with steady progression in HR Management, preferably some years’ of experience in hiring for design and/or marketing and sales team
  • Excellent at interpersonal communication and people management in a culturally diverse team 
  • Able to solve problems quickly, handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with Google Suite (i.e., Docs, Spreadsheet)
  • Startup experience preferred - Can-do attitude is a MUST
