We are looking for a passionate full-time Production Assistant to join our marketing production team in Tempe, Arizona. You will work with our Product Management Team & Marketing Team to help promote our fun and exciting products that delight our customers. You will take on various responsibilities and grow rapidly with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000 - $40,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasionally on weekends 


  • Assist in-house photographer and content coordinator to perform both indoor & outdoor photoshoots 2-3 times a week when planned. Tasks include but are not limited to:

○ Communicate with product managers to obtain samples prior to the shoot

○ Purchase additional photoshoot supplies weekly & bring them to the shooting site

○ Organize and transport samples from the office to the shooting site

○ Set up & take down samples during the photoshoot 

○ Assist photographer on lighting and equipment arrangement if needed

○ Clean up the shooting site afterward

  • Keep our equipment & inventory room in the office up to date, organized, and maintained
  • Drive towards continuous improvement and creative solutions to meet our standards
  • Archive images/videos and organizes files on company Dropbox upon request
  • Help source & book talent, gear, locations, and other on-set production requirements per coordinator request 
  • Manage and input invoices after the work is completed


  • Proven experience as a production assistant or a passion for the industry
  • Excellent at interpersonal communication and people/project management
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills, detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, ability to multi-tasking and track multiple processes
  • Familiar with Google Suite (i.e., Docs, Spreadsheet)
  • Detail-oriented team player who can deliver results within deadlines
  • Able to complete tasks independently following instructions
  • Fast learner & strong problem-solving skills
  • Can-do attitude & willingness to go the extra miles
  • Available to work in the Tempe office
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Able to drive a cargo van for transporting the samples/equipment for photoshoots
  • Must be willing to commute to any photoshoot locations (mainly in the Greater Phoenix area), comfortable with working outdoor up to 80% of the time, including the summer season
