Bilingual Logistics Associate (Mandarin and English)

We are looking to add a passionate full-time Bilingual Logistics Associate (Mandarin and English) to our logistics team. You will work with our overseas logistics team to make sure that the right amount of our goods arrive at the right place at the right time. As we are a small company, you will take on various responsibilities and learn and grow rapidly with the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Arrange to ship between our warehouses and Amazon fulfillment centers
  2. Keep track of inventory in our internal inventory management system
  3. Create Sales Order in inventory management system Fishbowl
  4. Arrange shipments of our products to big box stores
  5. Communicate and solve any shipment issues with the logistics team and warehouse team
  6. Manage returned items

 

Qualification:

  1. Major in logistics or supply chain preferred
  2. Be proficient with Mandarin and English
  3. Have good organization and time management skills
  4. Authorized to work in the US
  5. Detail-oriented and team player
  6. Graduate students preferred
