Job Description:

Joyin Inc. in Maricopa County, Arizona seeks Business Analyst. Gather and analyze company’s
data and information to evaluate and design procedures to improve company’s business
workflow in logistics, and assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Gather, organize and analyze data and information on company’s business and operational procedures, practices and problem, including markets in the United States and international community;
2. Design and develop business and statistical methodologies (using R and Python) and procedures to support effective management decision-making regarding organizational change, communications, information flow, marketing, sales, logistics and costs analysis;
3. Collect company’s inventory data by extracting sales and online/offline inventory data from ERP system performing ETL data integration by Azure Machine Learning service, and importing cleaned into SQL/MySQL and data visualization tools (Tableau and Excel); analyze collected data, perform inventory storage optimization, and inventory turnover analysis;
4. Analyze trends to identify markets for product development and to improve sales of existing products by creating pattern classification and clustering algorithms in SPSS Modeler;
5. Work closely with cross functional team members to understand business and functional requirements; confer with personnel concerned and assist in monitoring implementation of solutions, new processes, or new procedures; and
6. Conduct operational effectiveness reviews, prepare and update functional or operational manuals and reports summarizing business and operation matters for review by executives and managers.

This position requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance or related field plus 6 months of experience in data and management analysis.

Study or experience must have included working in an environment for data collection, application, analysis and processing and management analysis. Must be proficient in R, Python, SQL/MySQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau and SPSS Modeler. Qualifying experience and knowledge can be gained concurrently or as part of an undergraduate or graduate education curriculum and internship. Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills.
