We are looking to add a passionate full-time HR Generalist to our team. You will work with the HR manager and HRBP to support our business growth. As we are a small company, you will take on various responsibilities and learn and grow rapidly with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers.
  • Be in charge of onboarding new employees.
  • Manage company benefits including annual renewal, open enrollment and answering questions from employees.
  • Help HR Manager and HRBP solve employee related issues.
  • Implement HR projects to increase collaboration between teams.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to apply for h1b or green cards for employees.
  • Maintain all HR files.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field.
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skill and communication skill to effectively support and connect with a diversified team.
  • Must be self-directed, flexible and have a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
