Logistic Specialist - Tempe, AZ

We are looking to add a passionate full-time Logistic Specialist to our team. You will work with our Warehouse manager and Logistic team to ensure we deliver our fun and exciting products that delight our customers, their families, and friends.
As we are a growing company, you will take various responsibilities and learn and grow rapidly with the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 35,000-42,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound containers into Fishbowl and QC gathering
- To warehouse by containers or air (Assign tracking numbers and print labels)
- To AMZ (Trucks or air)
- Gather QC for product manager assistants
- Create transfer orders
- FBA Shipments (Warehouse to AMZ, Factory to AMZ, Air Shipments), prepare pick reports, ship, receive
- Warehouse to warehouse
- Offline orders (Walmart, Starcrest, derivative orders by trade shows)
- Packing list
- Box labels
- Shipping labels
- Shipping appointments
- Warehouse picking items and labeling
- Fishbowl sales orders
- Maintain Fishbowl Inventory
- Tempe warehouse inventory check and reconciliation
- Offer removal orders assistant to warehouse labors
- Modification with inventory information (box rate, tracking)
- Third party warehouse inventory check (calculate variances and do cause analysis)
- Fishbowl training (Product manager assistants, accountants, warehouse labors)
- Fishbowl functions
- Fishbowl operations
- BC Logistics
- Inventory transfer ( Transfer orders, inventory spreadsheet)
- Schedule transits and deliveries
- Bill reconciliation per month
- QC gathering and samples export shipping to China
- Shipping labels and custom forms
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare QCs from different warehouses for the product manager assistants
- Assist the Accounting team
- Containers reconciliation
- Purchase orders
- Sales orders (AMZ, Offlines)
- AMZ Removal Orders
- Check removal orders on AMZ
- Create removal transfer orders in Fishbowl
- Ad-hoc inventory spreadsheets and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above. Supply Chain or Business related degree preferred
- Proficient in Mandarin & English is a MUST
- Proficiency in Excel and Google sheet
- Multitasking and the ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, consistently giving your best efforts, and continually look for ways to improve
- Strong interpersonal abilities and project management skills
