We are looking for an experienced & passionate full-time Sales Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Tempe, Arizona. You will work with our Management Team, Product Team & Design Team to help promote our fun and exciting products that delight our customers to diverse businesses. You will take on various responsibilities and grow rapidly with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasionally on weekends 


  • Handle all sales-related activities such as calling/emailing buyers, sending catalogs, and responding to buyers’ requests
  • Discuss and implement the company’s sales and marketing strategy through collaboration with executives and sales representatives
  • Create presentations or sell sheets for key accounts such as Walmart, Target, etc.
  • Organize product and pricing data, create basic financial models, and perform analysis
  • Plan and organize trade shows across the country
  • Be familiar with the company’s logistics capabilities and oversee order fulfillment
  • Serve as a member of cross-functional processes teams working with marketing, logistics, design, and operations teams; aiming to increase effectiveness internally to maximize opportunities externally
  • Develop and grow current & future customer accounts
  • Maintain relationships with established customers while selling Company product
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer & order records
  • Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgets


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, operations preferred
  • 5+ years of previous sales experience in the CPG or toy industry preferred
  • Ability to travel around 30% of the time
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and handle pressure well in a fast-paced environment
  • Naturally high sales acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude, desire to "win", and a thick skin are all required traits to success
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision after training
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Have good organization and time management skills
  • Can-do attitude & willing to go the extra miles
  • Detail-oriented team player who is able to deliver results within deadlines
  • Available to work in the Tempe office
  • Experienced in Google Sheets is a must
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Good sense of design skills to create pitch decks
