We are looking for an experienced & passionate full-time E-Commerce Sales Associate to join our Sales Team in Tempe, Arizona. You will work with our Management Team, Product Team & Design Team to help promote our fun and exciting products that delight our customers to diverse businesses. You will take on various responsibilities and grow rapidly with the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasionally on weekends
Responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring, researching, routing, and reporting on leads
- Help account managers with reporting, data requests/questions, and analysis
- Create sales pitch decks, organize forms and image assets working with multiple internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as a member of cross-functional processes teams working with marketing, logistics, design, and operations teams; aiming to increase effectiveness internally to maximize opportunities externally
- Develop and grow current & future customer accounts
- Maintain relationships with established customers while selling Company product
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer & order records
- Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings
- Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, sales, or any related field is required
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations in the toy/consumer goods industries
- Comfort with basic business math
- Naturally high sales acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude, desire to "win", and a thick skin are all required traits to success
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision after training
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Have good organization and time management skills
- Can-do attitude & willingness to go the extra miles
- Detail-oriented team player who can deliver results within deadlines
- Available to work in the Tempe office
- Experienced in Google Sheets, sales CRM systems (e.g. Netsuite) is a plus
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Good sense of design skills to create pitch decks
